Please fill out the appointment request form to book. If you have any questions about your service I will be happy to answer them. I will respond using the email provided in the form. Please allow at least 48 hours for a response, although I usually respond quickly. If you don't see a response within 48 hours please check your spam folder.

Before submitting an appointment request there are a few things to consider.

If you have had any previous PMU (ie. micro-blading or shading) at any point in time. Please specify that in the form.

• Color Work

• Realism

If you would like a complimentary 30min consult before booking, please specify that on the form so I can give you my consult availability. If the design is larger than a hand size I usually like to have an in-person consult to go over the design more in depth with you.

After we have spoken about your appointment it will then be time to pay your $50 non-refundable booking fee, no appointments are made without a booking fee. Booking fee's are deducted from your service total at the time of appointment.
