If you have had any previous PMU (ie. micro-blading or shading) at any point in time. Please specify that in the form.

To secure your appointment, a non-refundable booking fee of $50-$100 is required. This fee will be deducted from your total service cost your appointment. For more questions, please my FAQ section linked below.
